Natalie joined the My FootDr team in 2018 after initially working as a receptionist whilst completing her studies at Queensland University of Technology. She has always aimed to have a career in allied health and finds helping her patient’s work towards their goals very rewarding. She has a keen interest in sports podiatry; especially working with young athletes to ensure they are able to continue playing sports without pain. Natalie is also qualified to provide dry needling for myofascial trigger point release and laser treatments for fungal nail infections. She also participates each year in volunteering to provide podiatry services for the Oxfam trailwalker.
Her interest in podiatry began after experiencing foot pain and injuries as a teenager which was resolved with the assistance of her local podiatrist. Natalie previously played in state and national level tennis and spent time working with upcoming junior tennis players. She has since enjoyed keeping an active lifestyle by going to the gym, hiking up mountains and swimming at the beach.
