Hi, My name is Kimiya!
I graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne with a Master of Podiatry.
I’m experienced in all aspects of podiatry but have a special interest in surgery for chronic or acute ingrown toenails, diabetic foot care, management and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions such as plantar heel pain.
I was drawn toward the podiatry field at a young age because of my interest in science and desire to help others. Podiatric medicine specifically allows me to have flexibility and variety in clinic and surgery, and most importantly for me, it allows me to teach preventative care and promote a healthy lifestyle to patients.
Education never stops for me; so, my next achievement in my career will be to become a foot and ankle surgeon.
I usually spend my leisure time watching Netflix and playing tennis. Along with this, I like spending time in nature and capturing all the wonderful moments of beauty with my camera.
I am fluent in a second language which is Persian (Farsi).
I look forward to meeting you!
