Hi, I’m Helen. I graduated from Western Sydney University in 2018. Since then I have been working with MyFootDr for 3 years, and had the great pleasure in working in Regional NSW. But now, I’m based in Sydney to be closer to my family and friends.

I’m experienced in all aspects of podiatry, but have a special interest in ingrown toenail management and surgery, as well as kids foot health. I have played a role in the field of research on understanding the diabetic foot, and have come away with a greater awareness on the importance of up-to-date diabetic foot care and prevention. I really enjoy helping people stay active, and above all else happy.

Outside of work, I enjoy going for really long walks, and hikes. I’m planning on volunteering with Oxfam Trailwalker Sydney this year, and maybe further down the track attempt to do the 100km walk. As much as it is nice to be outside exploring, I do enjoy knitting and painting at home in my down time. I look forward to meeting you.
