Hello! I’m Ali, I graduated from Auckland University of Technology, in New Zealand with Bachelor of Health Science Podiatry. I have been a podiatrist and keeping people on their feet since 2012. I am experienced in all aspects of podiatry, working in various settings from hospitals to private practices and everything in between. I have a great passion for complex sport medicine related injuries, surgery, and paediatric related complex cases. I have also completed multiple comprehensive post-graduate training programs including, foot mobilisation therapies, dry needling, and advanced biomechanics which I’ve used to help many sporting injuries.
I have always being fascinated in the medical field and got involved in podiatry after suffering multiple injuries with soccer and mixed martial arts. After one too many visits I knew it was time for me to start fixing myself and get back on my feet. I have had the privilege of working across Australia in South Australia, Canberra, NSW, Northern NSW and Queensland. This has allowed me to broaden my scope and stay one step ahead to provide best care possible to my patients.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time training, playing soccer and spending time on my motorbike. I have been a volunteer fire fighter in New Zealand and South Australia, and now at the Eastern Creek Fire Brigade. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places (always looking for new suggestions!).
